Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and unwashed, returned in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Once your email has been received, we will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange accordingly.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible. Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the 30-day period. Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
How to Initiate a Return

Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return in secure packaging. Ensure they are unused and unwashed, returned in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Include the return form inside the package.
Ship Your Package
Send the package to the provided return address using a reliable shipping provider with tracking. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within up to 10 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
